With 1151 followers on twitter, Josie Goldberg of Millionaire Matchmaker fame and Playboy Cyber model, comes out in candy stripes. Mail Online catches her busting out at a Florida beach. While the article doesn’t portray the event as flattering, we feel as confident as she does.

“You don’t have to be 100 pounds just to feel good. As long as you feel good about yourself, that’s how people are going to perceive you,’ she told Agenda Mag back in 2009.

‘I am voluptuous. And I think the reason Anna Nicole was so good was because it made big women like me feel sexy.’

Determined to make it in Hollywood, the ambitious blonde even called the Playboy Mansion and tracked down Hugh Hefner’s secretary, Mary, demanding a Playboy audition.

Despite being rejected several times, she eventually succeeded in becoming a Playboy Cyber Girl of the Week.”

A big girl in a bikini makes a big splash! In the quote above Josie Goldberg explains how Anna Nicole Smith made women feel. Anna was the first Guess jeans model at a size 12. Proportion seems to be the key. Not being morbidly obese we wonder what all the huff is about. Go read the article for yourself.

Proportion and confidence don’t seem like traits to admire, but somehow, we do. At 5’10” we think Josie is just right.

The Internet is Banned to Millions

It would seem social media is just another form of democracy. The human race was controlled for centuries by governing who was allowed to read and what they were allowed to read. It’s an old tactic to control slaves. The Egyptian Pharisees used it, the Romans used it as well as the Sumerians. The Sumerian tale is most likely the  Christian story of Adam and Eve. The tree of life(the book of knowledge) was the ability to read. The Southern slave owners of the U.S. used it in the 18th century especially near the end of their regimen to prevent slaves learning of the rebellions taking place on the sugarcane plantations of the Dominican Republic.

The New York Time reported on December 28th that the Chinese government issued new regulations requiring internet users to provide their real names to service providers. “authorities periodically detain and even jail Internet users for politically sensitive comments”

according to the report. China Toughens Its Restrictions on Use of the Internet – NYTimes.com.

On December 31, 2012 CNET reports that Pakistan lifted a three month ban on YouTube, for three minutes. According to the story the ban was lifted anywhere from three minutes to three hours.

“The quick about-face appears to be the result of poor coordination inside Pakistan’s government. Interior Minister Rehman Malik announced on Twitter that the unblocking of YouTube was imminent. However, after the ban was lifted, government officials soon learned that “Innocence of Muslims” was still hosted on YouTube”

The internet, called “a class one society phone system” by Dr.Michio Kaku in reference to our society verses a Star Trek society (a class three society) may have been correct, however it is also access to the worlds online libraries and newspapers and an immediate form of global communication. The world knows whats happening in your city as long as you have access. Denial of access not only controls what you know but what you can say.

It’s an amazing place in our spot on the time line of earth. To watch dictatorship driven countries battle the internet. Where we have the luxury of The World of War Craft, Celebrity baby bump bikini photo’s and the battle for a functioning map app, the rest of the world just wants to watch YouTube where Gangnam Style has broke the billion views mark. I believe I have learned more from the internet in the last decade, I have every NASA website book marked, than my entire public education, yet I still watch Ed Bassmaster, Jenna Marbles, Epic Mealtime or a Carly Rae Jepsen video whenever I want.
